  • We engage in the trading of stocks and other securities in Hong Kong on behalf of our clients.

  • Share placement and underwriting service

  • We act as underwriter, sub­ underwriter, placing agent or sub-placing agent in fund-raising activities conducted for companies listed or to be listed on the Stock Exchange.

  • Margin financing

  • We offer collateralized financing through our margin financing services to retail, corporate and high-net­worth customers who wish to finance their securities purchases.
